Oman’s Ambassador to Egypt and Permanent Representative to the Arab League, Abdullah bin Nasser Al Rahbi, congratulated Egypt’s national football team on its well-deserved victory over New Zealand in the World Cup.
Al Rahbi said the achievement reflects not only on Egypt but represents an Arab success that all Arabs take pride in. “This honorable success is not Egypt’s alone, but an Arab achievement we are all proud of,” he stated, noting that it reflects the determination, resolve, and competitive spirit of Arab youth and their ability to excel at the highest international levels.
“We share with our brothers in Egypt their joy over this historic achievement,” Al Rahbi added. “What has been accomplished today is a source of pride and honor for every Arab from the Atlantic to the Gulf. We look forward to seeing other Arab teams achieve similar successes that continue to raise the Arab flag and strengthen their presence and brilliance on the global sports stage.”
He concluded by extending his best wishes to Egypt for continued success and to Arab sports for more accomplishments that unite hearts and instill pride in the Arab nation.
