Turkish ney player Sinem Hondoroglu performed in Cairo during events marking International Museum Day and Atatürk Remembrance and Youth and Sports Day. Visiting Egypt for the first time, she described Cairo as a city where history, music and culture meet, while highlighting her long-standing interest in Egyptian culture and her personal family connection to the country.
