Dacian Cioloș, Romania’s candidate for Secretary General of the International Organization of La Francophonie, has presented his “Vision Francophonie 2030” manifesto, calling for a stronger economic and digital dimension within the OIF. His platform focuses on youth entrepreneurship, artificial intelligence, African leadership, food security, climate adaptation, women’s economic empowerment and deeper cooperation with financial institutions and the private sector.
