The Caspian Sea, the New Front of Converging Wars: Ukraine Strikes the Military Corridor Between Iran and Russia

Ukrainian strikes in the Caspian Sea have targeted the logistical corridor between Iran and Russia, marking an operational convergence between the war in Ukraine and the confrontation in the Middle East. Kyiv hit the cargo ships Port Olya 2 and Begey, a Molniya-class missile boat and the Filanovsky platform, while Tehran accuses Ukraine of striking the commercial vessel Ana. At the same time, Ukraine is exporting to the Arab states of the Gulf the systems it has developed against Shahed drones, and Zelenskyy claims that Russia is supplying Iran with satellite imagery of US bases in the region.
